Hot tub is £10 per person with agency bookings and must be pre booked, bookings are every hour of an hour.
Double Room with Private Bathroom. The Green Room. This individually styled room offers a feature wall with designer wallpaper and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. With a French-style chair and a full-length mirror, the room has a king-size bed and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail. ;
Family Room. The Oriental Room includes modern leather beds and vintage Oriental-style bedside cabinets with marble tops. It offers a double bed, a single bed and a pull out single bed on request. There is a wall-mounted flat-screen TV and tea coffee making facilities. The en suite shower room has a heated towel rail and a power shower. ;
Three-Bedroom Apartment. The traditional style Irish Barn offers self-catering accommodation for up to 6 people on a first floor with quality Egyptian cotton bed linen. Each bedroom has a TV. Secure car parking, hot tub and BBQ facilities are included but guests must bring their own charcoal, the hot tub has an additional charge £10 per person for agency bookings. There is a jungle gym, slide swing, tree loft and Wendy House for young children. Please request preferred bed configuration when booking. Please note that an electric card must be purchased on arrival, GBP 20. A continental breakfasts can be made available at an additional cost £15 per person booked 48 hours in advance. GBP 100 security deposit payable 48 hours before check-in by credit card, to secure against any breakagedamages. The refundable damage waiver and extra charges are to be paid prior to arrival please due to limited admin hours. ;
Family Room. The spacious Garden Room can accommodate up to 3 people, and is located beneath the self-catering barn. It offers a living area and a kitchenette with a refrigerator, a microwave and an electric kettle. This studio has an en suite wet room with a walk-in shower, grab rails and wide access level surfaces. Guests have access to the garden through a rear exit. Parking is available outside the room entrance. Hot tub must be booked one hour for an hour in advance £10 per person for agency bookings. ;
Triple Room. This cosy country-themed room is located in the converted milking parlour. Featuring cast-iron beds, direct access to the enclosed courtyard with seating and safe gated childrens play area. It has an en suite bathroom with a power shower and a large heated towel rack. This room shares a small lobby with the Quadruple room. Hot tub must be booked one hour for an hour in advance £10 per person for agency bookings. ;
Family Room. The Parlour Room is a modern room in the converted milking parlour. It features bespoke built-in bunk cabin beds, with a mini staircase, and built to suit adults with full size single beds. There is a 38-inch flat-screen TV . Other features include direct access to the courtyard with safe gated play area for small children. The en suite bathroom has a large power shower and a heated towel rack. This rooms adjoins the Triple room. Hot tub must be booked one hour for an hour in advance £10 per person for agency bookings. ;
Superior Triple Room. This triple rooms special feature is the hot tub. Providing free toiletries and bathrobes, this triple room includes a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and a hairdryer. The triple rooms kitchenette, which features a refrigerator, is available for cooking and storing food. The spacious triple room provides a tea and coffee maker, a wardrobe, a carpeted floor and a flat-screen TV. The unit offers 2 beds. ;
Superior Double Room. This double rooms special feature is the hot tub. Offering free toiletries, this double room includes a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and a hairdryer.
