The hotel day starts from hour 16:00 and ends at 10:00.
We require that the lead guest be at least 25 years old, and that most members of the group are also over the age of 25.
As we are a family-oriented holiday park, we may reach out if your booking does not appear to be from a family group. In some cases, this could result in cancellation.

Commercial vehicles and vans, with or without sign writing, are not permitted to be parked alongside the booked accommodation but can be parked in our reception car park subject to availability.
Smoking is not permitted at the property. Guests found violating this rule will be charged GBP 50 for cleaning costs.
While bed linen and towels are provided, you will be required make up the beds in the Camping Pods and En-Suite Glamping Pods.

Three Bedroom Caravan. The three-bedroom caravan holiday homes can accommodate a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children. With central heating and double glazing there is an open-plan lounge, and a dining and kitchen area. There is one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, and a shower room and separate toilet. Bed linen and towels are provided. There is also a picnic table. Guests should advise whether they require a pet-friendly caravan, as these are subject to availability. A maximum of 2 pets can be accommodated. ;
